Folica Terms

We may, from time to time, offer Folica users the opportunity to earn rewards by referring friends to try the Folica service ("Folica Referrals Program"). We reserve the right to terminate this program at any time for any reason. Participation in a Referral Program may require users to submit personal information about themselves and their friends, such as name and e-mail address. By participating in a Referral Program, users agree to receive communications from Folica, and/or from our partners that operate and maintain the Referral Program, with regards to participation in the Referral Program. The following guidelines shall apply to a user’s participation in any Referral Program:

As a participant in the Referral Program, you agree to use the Extole Service to promote Folica in the manner specified by the Extole Terms and Conditions, thereby acting as the referrer ("Referrer"). If you do not agree to the terms and conditions contained within this Agreement in their entirety, as well as to the Extole Terms and Conditions, you are not authorized to register as a Referrer or to participate in the Referral Program in any manner.

Users may not participate in a Referral Program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations

Users must be 18 years or older and a US resident in order to participate in a Referral program.

Personal Links will be issued only to individuals. An individual must be registered at the Site to be issued a Personal Link, but the individual does not have to have made a purchase from the Site.

Credit for referrals can only be given out for those referrals who participate using their unique referral link.

We reserve the right to modify or amend at any time these guidelines and the methods through which rewards are earned. We reserve the right to disqualify a user at any time from participation in a Referral Program if they do not comply with any of these guidelines. All information collected from a user in a Referral Program shall be subject to the Extole Privacy Policy.

Qualified Referrals

A Qualified Referral is defined by the following:

1. (new customer) The first product purchase made at the Folica site (the "Site") by a person (a "Referred Customer") who has not previously purchased from the Site and who arrives at the Site via another person's Refer-a-Friend Program link ("Personal Link"). Only one Qualified Referral can be earned for each Referred Customer. Any additional or subsequent purchases made by a Referred Customer at the Site will not be Qualified Referrals.

Earning Rewards

Reward fulfillment shall be governed by the following:

(referral count) Referrer shall receive one (1) reward valued at 10 dollars for each 1 Qualified Referrals generated. In order for a Referrer to be credited with a Qualified Referral, the total cost including shipping of a single referred order must be greater than or equal to 10 dollars.

(Maximum Referrals)The maximum credits earned per calendar year may be no more than 60 qualified Referrals. In the event of a return or cancellation made by the Referred Customer, same shall be deducted from the Referrer's account.

Rewards credit may be redeemed in various forms. If you do not select a reward, your default reward choice will be Folica gift code. Check your Folica Refer-A-Friend account for details. Folica may withhold for investigation, or refuse to process any transaction Folica deems fraudulent or believes will impose liability on Folica.

Each referred customer will be eligible for a unique 15 percent off discount. This 15 percent off discount is only valid on a new user's first order of 10 dollars or more.

Bulk Distribution

If a Referring Customer provides a Personal Link to another person by email, the email must be created and distributed in a personal manner that is appropriate and customary for communications with friends and family members. Bulk email distribution, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of a Personal Link in a manner that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of the Referring Customer's account and deactivation of the Personal Link.

Offer Specifications

Offer cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. Offer not valid on previous purchases. Folica.com reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion and its terms and conditions without notice.
